How long will my order take to ship?
Each piece is made to order and crafted by hand by artisan Kimberly Wever. Because of this, please allow up to 3 business days before your order is shipped. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are handmade and shipped from The Netherlands.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
At the moment, we ship within the Netherlands as we focus on growing sustainably and maintaining our made-to-order process.
We plan to expand to the Benelux region in the near future.
Deliveries to Aruba will also be available on selected dates, announced through our social media channels.
Can I request a custom or personalized piece?
Absolutely. If you have a special request or would like a custom piece designed just for you, please reach out via our contact form or email info@studiozsazsa.com. Kimberly will personally guide you through the process.
What materials do you use?
All pieces are created using carefully selected materials chosen for quality, comfort, and longevity. We work primarily with 14K gold-filled wires, semi-precious gemstones, and Swarovski pearls and crystals.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store your pieces in a dry place — ideally in the original packaging or a soft pouch — and polish gently with a clean cloth when needed.
Is each piece unique?
Yes. Because every piece is made by hand, slight variations in shape, texture, or tone make each one unique — a reflection of the artisan process and its human touch.
What packaging do you use?
We use recycled tissue paper and cardboard boxes for all orders. Each piece is also placed in a soft jewelry pouch for safekeeping.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Since all pieces are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it so we can make it right.
Do you offer repairs?
Yes — if your piece needs repair, contact us at info@studiozsazsa.com with your order number and a short description of what happened. We’ll evaluate it and let you know the next steps.
